Would EA Benefit from making Madden for next-gen consoles only?

Obviously income wise they wouldn't do as great (and it obviously won't happen anyway because it's all about the money) but as far as the final product of the game goes...

I just wan't to hear everyone's thoughts on this...try and not turn this into a flame war.

As far as I know, there is a separate team that works on last gen Madden. And for the most part, last gen Madden doesnt get alot of attention anyway.

So I dont think it would matter much.

EA has the resources and means to make a great game. Im just not sure anymore if they have the desire or know-how.

Overall, both of their football series could use a new and fresh set of eyes.

Tiburon has shown us year after year what they are capable of; the real revo-evolution is not going to happen until someone else is given the reigns IMO.
