Might as well start a thread about the little things they got right.

I had a kickoff go deep into my endzone, the other return man was using his hands and telling me to kneel it.

Pretty cool.

I like the way the DB's carry the ball after an INT, in one hand, like Neon Deion used to.

A Mile high tradition when the opposing team has an incomplete pass the crowd yells out IN-COM-PLETE.

The "pre-game" cutscene outside the stadium.
The uniforms getting muddy during heavy rain temperatures.

I like that too, except it doesn't seem like the bring the ball in closer to their body when they are about to be tackled.

I am on 360 version.

hahahahaha..that's been in the 2k series for a while...i barely played madden 08 so i don't know if it was in last year's game...but yeah that's what they say...

I have not had a chance to see too many of the TD celebrations, but I scored on a 25 yard TD run by Adrian Peterson with a few minutes left in the game, on the road, to take a 10 point lead against the Bengals. There was a blue box somewhere deep in the endzone, I ran too it and hit the corresponding button, and AP taunted the crowd by shaking his head, putting his finger to his mouth, and telling the crowd to be quiet! It was awesome and it felt a little bit like ESPN 2k5, which made me smile!

The gameplay feels really good so far and I am quite impressed. I have not played Madden since '05 because quite frankly I thought the game sucked for the last 3 years.
