Let me get what your saying straight, if I can. Are you suggesting that since the game arrived on its scheduled date that that must mean that EA shipped it on the date they said they would? And are you further saying that if that they shipped it on time to the correct address that any delay could only be the fault of UPS? Are you even going to so far as to say that the 6-7 hour delay between the time the consumer expected the package and when they actually received it is somehow not EAs fault?

This man obviously deserves a full refund and a 2% cut of all EAs profits for the rest of his life. I mean, seriously, this dude had to wait like....literally....a quarter of a whole day extra. This is ridiculous. Seriously, I'm suing EA for the pain that I feel just from knowing that this even happened to someone.

not so much as it is their fault but your own.

1. should have brought the game Via Gamestop.com

2. buy it from the store. much like I did because well I got my copy.
