Alright, I know this will probably get locked but this is so frustrating it must be at least said where someone from EA will read it, because over at the EA Tech forums....we are seriously getting the run around being asked generic questions that have nothing to do with in-game freezes during offline play.
Can someone from EA at least ACKNOWLEDGE that their is a problem and they are working on it? I figured I'd ask here rather than the EA forums because the actual guys from EA read this forum and are pretty cool about stuff. All we want (myself, everyone in the "freezing issues" thread over on the EA site, and I'm sure many others) is an acknowledgment that their is a problem and it's being worked on. It's incredibly frustrating listening to EA tech support attempt to blame our systems, tell us fixes that aren't fixes (re-downloading the roster update?
) and basically just stall so they down' get a rush of returns of what is becoming clear is faulty disks and programming.
