Does the live weather really work?

I kind of don't think it does. I live in MA and the other night we were getting bad thunder storms and rain. I played a game at Gillette with "live weather" and they commented on nice clear skies.

I've also never seen anything but clear skies at any location with live weather. It could be a coincidence, but it seems like I should have had at least 1 rainy game somewhere...

Earlier today I played a game in Cleveland but before I started the game I checked the actual weather for cleveland and it was sunny with 6mph winds.
In the game it was also sunny but with 3 mph winds. Close enough but it could of been a coincidence.
We should see where it is raining and see if we can test this live weather stuff out some more.

Before checking my settings on my system I would give a resounding h*ll no but let me go back and double check to see if i have it on. Especially in online games. I was bragging to my wife about the live weather feature and I crank up an online game in Jacksonville and it was snowing....in August. "You sure about that babe"? I really didn't have an answer to give her.

alot of my games have been in rain. im in colorado and its rained a good amount this past week for the first time all summer.

where is the setting for this? If its raining here in august does that mean it will rain in december or will it turn to snow?

It doesn't work. According to weather.com right now it is raining in Jacksonville, so I tried playing a game in Jacksonville and it was not raining.
