Exactly. I didn't mean to come across that I didn't like the weather this year if I did. I just know the creators could go further with it.

This nostalgic feeling of winter came over me looking at this.

I agree that the weather affects have seen great improvement. But I REALLY, REALLY want EA to devote every second to gameplay.

of course it is. What's your point? I thought everyone wanted the game to be as realistic as possible. This would be part of it.

I dont want to make this a 2k vs Madden thing...but EA really should have stole how they did snow games. EA did make it look much better this year though, but who knows...if they really are going to fix the field deg isssue this might just be a mute point.

the weather effects are pretty damn good this year and when the second patch comes out with field degradation fixed it should be even better.

I agree that the weather effects this year are awesome. The field degradation will make it that much better. I guess fog and the snow having imprints of more than just feet (i.e. also of bodies and the football) are the things I most want to see.

Another thing I just remembered. All-Pro Football had raindrops bouncing off the helmets of the players. It looked really cool. It would be an awesome addition to Madden's graphics (I might be reaching here with minute and unimportant details, but that is one of the things I think is really cool about the 2k games is that they have those tiny details, and I think Madden has the potential to make them even better).
