Create a Coach option?
Something I would like to see added for 2010 (or patched for 09) is the create a coach option in franchise mode. Rather than using the generic list of NFL coaches allow us to create a coach (just like in Head Coach 09) and adjust his statistics and then add the person to the coaching pool. Before the start of preseason in the franchise mode we could hire/fire coaches and set our staff and philosophy. This would be a nice dimension to the Madden experience.
Any thoughts?
