I'll play both, but i play MLB 08 a lot more. It's actually a breath of fresh air because it's not so "chaotic." There's really no gimmick, it's just plain baseball. The graphics and sound are very smooth, the commentary is outstanding, and it's simply easier on the eyes. It's not so "in your face" as Madden

Could you imagine if Madden had sideline cut scenes like the show? You would see guys like Chad Johnson wearing HOF wannabe jackets, or guys talking to the camera even though you cant hear them, players trading words with fans... Man I hope this little dream I have soon comes true.

The Show.But I like Madden this year and if they can clean it up a bit then they can have possibly the best football game ever next year

MLB 08 captures the game of baseball realistically it tries to make itself "baseball". madden captures the sport of football in a Madden sort of way. madden is so much its own brand of football that it's almost as if it's EA's Mario...And I mean that in a good way.
