When you get the handoff you basically have to push the analog stick ALL the way in the direction you want to go or you will make a weird stutter step which will get you tackled quickly. I don't like it either, but that is what we are stuck with unless it can be patched.

Interestingly enough there is analog control if you are strafing with a defender. That seems to be the only situation where it exists in this game.

Sounds inferior compared to the accurate dexterity of the original xbox left analog stick control in Madden 09...

Really.....I'll check this out when I get home. That would be amazing if they removed analog movement on offense but kept it in for defense.

This is starting to baffle me.

Likwidkewl I don't think this can be patched. They would need to add animations and I don't think that is possible post release.

I'm sure there will be more analog stick control in Madden 10 especially with the right stick.
