I just threw the game on and recieved a update from xbox live

Does anyone know what this one did? was this the second patch?

yes, I had already downloaded the first update from last week

Xbox 360 doesn't show you a version number when you download an update, unfortunately.

Maybe someone else can confirm that they are also getting an update required when they insert the game.
