Wii/PS2 Frachise mode

I'm pretty much done with the ps3 version due to the franchise mode and the arcade passing attack. I'm thinking of picking up a wii or ps2 version but i was wondering how the franchise mode is on both? Is the regression/progression working? Does the wii have the ps2 franchise characteristics like building a new stadium. Are the fa's signed in the offseason and not just sitting there. Things like this. I'd appreciate any answers.

I believe that all of those work fine on the Wii, but honestly haven't progressed far enough in my Dynasty to verify them for myself. I really enjoy the gameplay on it, and haven't seen any of the bugs that I read about here on the PS3/360. The weather does seem busted, though, and Create-A-* is missing...
