So in dynasty you can scout 15 players and what? I check 'em every week and nothing changes? Should I move my scouts around? Will it matter at all? Is there some grand 'reveal' at the end of the season based on how many weeks you've scouted someone? Anyone?

Nothing of relevance in scouting. That has been the general concensus thus far.

Good. I'll stop wasting my time. The load time from scouting a player then the going back to the scouting menu is horendous.

Scouting is pointless again. In week 1 I know everything about a player. I don't even know if there's a point to it. Everything is unlocked from the start.

Yeah it's been broken....I can't wait til' next year, hopefully they put some effort into Franchise Mode.
