I maybe in the minority...but I LOVE the running game.

The running itself is ok, but everything else that has to do with running is broken to all hell. My boy Brodie "brittle" Croyle trucking linebackers is awesome. Last year, dude fell over making trying to make a tackle didnt even lay a hand on the guy and got hurt. No way is he going to truck linebackers and secondary people. lol

I really like the running game this year as well.

Rewarding, is probably the best way for me to describe it. For really the first time, I'm actually being patient and looking for the holes to open. It sure seems like having, or having to built a solid O-Line is a must now. Pure speed is no longer the golden ticket. In my opinion, quite realistic for a game emulating the NFL.

I agree that you get the sense of "earning" every yard you get rushing.

I also agree there are a lot of issues with weight,trucking,blocking, juking, etc.

However, the end result is a satisfying running game for me.

rofl you people make me laugh. WOW. why do you think its so rewarding to run the ball? why do you think its so hard to run the ball? because the AI cheats thats why. its been explained, as soon as your neard a defender he magically sheds his blocker and takes you down. you cant squeez into tight holes as you can in real life without being engaged in a tackle animation. yea you can get out of it but thats not the point.

edit: your blockers never block the right guy, well sometimes they do, but look at a replay you could of broken off a big run, chances are your blocker fled the scene and blocked a guy who was already out of the play.

im all for running to be more difficult, but the way they have it set up is a joke. believe me i dont suck at running the ball. i break long gains all the time in all madden. look at the vid i posted in the video thread. its just ******** is all.

i wonder if ill get banned for stating my opinon, since we cant sa nothing bad about EA

I dont know why you would be banned for saying that. They cannot translate difficulty. Its been proven in video's just go to apexisfree on youtube and he breaks it down for you. The game just flat out cheats. That's how difficulty gets done.

Like i said, when you have the ball the moves the trucking the spinning are all ok, not great, but average, but when you go into a reply and slow motion and see what the AI is actually doing. You see tons of flaws.

Im also enjoying the running game. I have felt like i have earned each yard. I just finished a play now game i was the Chargers vs Packers. Ryan Grant who on 12 att had 62 yards 5.1 avg. The Chargers only had 4 tfl for the entire game. The computer found the holes and ran threw them. Brandon Jackson the Pakers back up had 2 carries for 11 yards. I moved my rb sub in to 95 and sub out to 89. Its gets the back up rb's a few more carries which im happy with.

Love the running game as well. No videogame is perfect. But I'm finally enjoying the fact that unless you have an amazing back there is no way your rushing for 2,000 yards in a season or over 150 yards EVERY game. Be patient....use your stiff arm and spins...and you will see some CRAZY animations. There are times that Lynch does things that he does in real life.

You are playing against a D that has the same fatigue levels in the 3rd and 4th qtrs, as they do in the 1st qtr.

VERY unrealistic IMO.
