new patch released?

Exactly, it's a little too quiet around here for the patch to be out.

I believe what happens is when you play like 4 or 5 games, if you go back to the first game and it had a patch it will re download. I think this is cause the patches are not permanently downloaded to your hard drive.

Not trying to dispute that, but i'm not convinced that is true, although it may have something to do with it I guess. I have 12 retail games and 30 arcade games. All but maybe one of those retail games has had at least one patch and probably half of the arcade games I guess have had patches. I've had my 360 since July of 2006, I rotate playing games all the time, and I have never had to re-download any patch.

I do know that clearing the cache deletes all of your patches, so I wonder if those that got a patch in Madden 09 today may have recently cleared their cache?
