cant say i have had this problem, but i definatly have run out of time outs not not realized it.

I have had this problem online. The select button want work and the Fair catch button want work and the audible on kickoffs want work when someone wants to onsides every kick. It's not every time but it's more often than not.

Also the B button doesn't work to down the ball either. These have all been online.

This is a problem and I know exactly when it happens. Right when the play ends you can call a TO fine. After this part when the "celebration" stuff happens or people are seen walking to the huddle, helping each other, or pushing is when you CANNOT call a TO by hitting select. After this when you start to go to playbook screen you can call it again.

It happens between the end of the play and playbook screen. I've seen it happen on more than one occasion.

this happened to me the other day about 5 seconds before halftime, but as others have said, i pushed start and called it through the menu.

Yeah, I'm certain that I have timeouts remaining do to the indicator showing you how many you have..... But next time I will definitely pause the game and look for it there

I haven't seen that yet, but I haven't played a ton. One thing I did notice the other day, there was a questionable call, but I wasn't going to challenge and during the play select screen, I hit the r stick to look at the repaly and it ended up being challenged, not sure if looking at the replay that way triggers it or what.
