Is Player Progression Broken?

Okay I just finished year 1 in franchise mode with ALT Falcons and we actually had a good yr. Made it to the playoffs and lost in the second round.

Absolutely no one on my team progressed. WTF? I'm not playing for my health!? I DL patch 1# before i started my franchise then about midway i dL patch #2.

Do i hav to start over, or is player progression really that broken?

Any players you edited supposedly have to be edited again in order for the progression to work. For no edited players it should just work. Also, I have you made it to off-season yet? From what I understand they don't progress during the season, only after you begin the next year. Hope that helps.
