when-where is it listed that you can change or add ownership of another team ? I want to relocate a couple

On current gen, I don't believe you can change ownership once you start the franchise. Not sure if ou still can on last gen. To relocate, it is an option in the ownership off-season mode. This is where you can make all your stadium upgrades (in name and price only) and choose sponsorship and relocation options. To be honest, most of the options are just for show and have little substance.

there has to be a check box after the season somewhere. i am aware of all the other stuff you mentioned- and who knows what it might do lol- in ps2 you could change ownership in the off season but i cant find it here

Again, I'm pretty sure it's not an option on the PS3/360 versions. It hasn't been on these systems as of yet. I know you could do it in the PS2 version, but it was never added for the newer systems (At least through 08...I'm mostly sure about 09, but don't have it currently to check again for sure). Sorry...

When you relocate a team, are the fields all blurry like they were last year?
