And during what part of the season/offseason? I was trying to build up the Lions, Raiders, 49ers while playing with the Bucs and it is too time consuming. I'd rather just run the Lions and Bucs. Thanks for the help.

I guess I will...that sucks. Wasn't there an option to change owners in last-gen? has it ever been in next-gen?

Its been in before..I'm not sure when they removed it but I do know there is no option for this in 09.
