What to Expect!

Ok guys! I have had madden 08 for current gen for a longtime! and my ps2 crapped out finally!! So im going to be getting a Xbox 360 arcade here in the next few days...And madden 09! So if there are any pointers or any tips you guys would like to share that would be appreciated. Thanks guys glad to be aboard the Next Gen Madden Train!

Better graphics, no cpu sliders, superhuman cpu against the run, decent passing game, boring franchise mode, overall I give the game a C, maybe next year.

is it possible that the reason for no cpu sliders is that the sliders control both the hum and the cpu?????

If you are buying a 360 for sports gaming I would suggest saving some money and getting another PS2 off of EBay until we see how good Madden 2010 is....

Sorry man but i cant stay in the ps2 loop anymore! I'm tired of sorry graphics, I know madden 08 for ps2 it's great an all, But i can't do it anymore, Like when i hit the dive button to dive.! I SHOULD DIVE! LIKE THE NFL! No pansy crap like ps2 But thanks for the input man.

I wish this were the case.
Unfortunately......the removal of cpu sliders (still dumbfounded) was beyond a ridiculous choice (imo).

I'm sure it was probably to force us to use this new eq thing. Sure,the sliders will adjust the hum player,but you're pretty much at the mercy of the cpu without the inclusion of cpu sliders.

I tried just setting the difficulty at All-pro last night,and actually had a couple of really good games.

All in all...Madden is still just a barely average game (imo), it sure isn't what I expected it to be going into the 5th installment on the 360.

Man I'm just excited about getting a current gen system i had fun with the ps2 don't get me wrong but it's time for a change.

'I Just want to play madden again!'
