the only point I'm making is that the only standard is white top, you said teams are expected to wear white top with team color pants. If that were remotely true, all teams would have to have this combination. The Broncos do not and have only ever worn white on white on the road.

Why not just put that in our hands? Why does it have to be one or the other. Just give us (the gamer) the option to do what we want. I understand that you don't want both teams wearing black or both wearing all white. So why don't you give us the option to do what we want but, as soon as the home team pics either dark top or white top, the away team is defaulted to the other one.

Sounds great in theory but, I know somethings gotta be up. Because you would have done that already. I'm asuming.

It would probably take more time to allow this. Again, this is only for PLAY NOW and I'm sure you'll have those options when you set up an Exhibition mode.

One let's you select two teams and just play. The other lets you set up all the options.

This is what I suspected. My answer is fix the real problem and allow us to select unis for both sides, home or away, user or CPU. If that can be done, I doubt anyone would mind the default being whatever was worn most and having to switch if they want something else.

This Would Be Amazing. Being Able To Mix & Match Jerseys And Pants. Hell Throw In The Abilty To Mix And Match Pants, Jerseys, Helamts And Cleats Would Be Groundbreaking.

The main point of this thread was to see if anyone on these boards (that may happen to be huge Skins / Bungles fans) had more info than I had so that the defaults were all correct. Even though you all as power users would be able to choose between say the White/Black or White/White uniform for the Bengals in play now / team select (Pared and Bezo mentioned that...so yes, you can select them), we still want everything to be 100% accurate if you aren't a hardcore gamer and you aren't setting that stuff yourself. After all, "Everything you see on Sunday, see it in Madden NFL".

Another reason is that no one in our marketing / PR departments really even mess with those options when they are capturing videos, so I don't want for them to be putting videos out and then all of these threads show up and say "WTF EA the Redskins never wear White on White at home...typical lazy BS!", and I obviously don't want to disappoint 12 year old Johnny Redskins Fan at home either.

understood on my part. I have given the corrected uniform pattern on one of these pages and thanks for making the topic more understandable in earlier pages.
