I'm sure I'll be buying Madden '10' on release day.

The only way I see that not happening is if we were to get early reports that something is really messed up.

In my opinion...of course people have the right to complain. But when you admit you continue to buy the game every year anyway...like me, you are a part of the problem. The best way to show EA/TIB your displeasure with Madden is... don't keep giving them your money.

I couldnt agree more. I have no other choice. I'll be a Madden buyer until another product is put out there that is as good or better then Madden.

I've bought every single Madden game on release day since 98 or 99. For me to buy it this year it has to be the best football game EVER. I played NFL 2k5 and yes it was wonderful, BUT it had problems in the season mode with the CPU making stupid trades and such. Madden has to have the best franchise, gameplay, and presentation of any sports game because it is the pinnacle of sports gaming.

People who have never played a sports game or even a video game can name Madden. So, in my opinion, it is time for Madden to live up to the hype.

I understand this is a fresh start. I understand that the gentlemen who come unto this forum say this will be a sim game and I tip my hat to them for having the courage to face real sports gamers. What I understand more than all that is that Operation Sports is a largest community of sim sports gamers out there and if the gentlemen who come on here looking for true fans opinions listen, this will be the best football game ever.

I'm begging for a great Madden, but I'm not expecting much.

Yep...thats me too! Heres the deal, I understand where the original poster is coming from and I feel the same way as him as I didn't really get into Madden 09 because it just wasn't fun. I also understand that by buying the game we are just re-enforcing the EA juggernaut. The thing is....and heres the kicker lol....I bought ever football game when I was given the option so that I could play them all and enjoy each companies different product. If we had 3 football games to choose from this year...I would buy all 3 of them..since there is only one..I will buy the only one I have the option to buy. Get it!!!
