Is there a chance of a fake if it's say 4th and 1 and right on the edge of their kickers range?

Are you working on getting them to go for it when appropriate?

I wonder if it was you I responded to in another post about this. Any way, are you saying the hurry up is slower than real life or you just want players to get to the line faster? I always felt the hurry up got players to the line way too fast.

And we need separate no huddle & hurry up offenses. And we need the ability to call more than one play in the huddle when hurrying up.

it takes longer to run a no huddle for sure around 15 seconds for no huddle to line back up if you huddle up it takes 9 seconds if you pick the first play

Thanks, that is what I was asking about.

I suppose a very easy solution to this would be the accelerated play clock which would run off seconds after you pick a play. At least that's how I remember it when it was in the game.

Good news. I hope situation will be taken into consideration. There are times when even if you have a kicker who can possibly make a 52 yarder, it is smarter to punt.

Or, as it is in Current Gen, the CPU lines up for a long field goal try, then does a pooch kick........

Re: From Ian's twitter: some AI strategy fixes

It would be nice if the coaches actually mattered. Whether they are a conservative coach, they would punt. Aggressive they would kick the field goal or maybe even go for it on a 4th and 4. Obviously who the kicker is should matter.

Instead of universals Madden (and EA sports games in general) need to understand how boring it is playing against the CPU when there is little to no difference from team to team. No strategy!!!! Please make playing different teams more diverse from a strategy standpoint.

It seems like they tried to do that with players.

IE- Peyton Manning taking 5 hours to snap the ball and call weird audibles.

I agree with you, coaches make the difference.

(Maybe introducing Agents and GMs would be a good idea as well)
