We need an updated please, it very hard to feel you have a new game when you see the same animation. I also feel that pre anitmated motion by the players have taken the control from the players. When WR catches the ball they are not ready to explode up the field.

They are going through their canned animation, It takes a moment to take back control of the player. Their are no bread basket catches, like dave casper ghost to the post. I feel that EA has the technology to give us the ability to have the DB swipe at the football and cover the WR correctly. Also when swating for a ball, have one hand on the back of the WR very lighty but very close.

The WR and DB should be able to jump up so high with both hands over their heads for balls. To try to pick the ball for interception and for TD catch. please Ian make the DB have the ability to keep their feet moving when swatting or swiping for the ball. Having a true Jump button for WR and DB battles would complete this great game.

Ian is it possible that the topics I bring up good points and are being look at ? Oh yeah keep up the good work

Lack of overall animations have always been an issue with EA football games.

That's another reason why the game goes stale after a few weeks of playing it EVERY year.

Recently after playing this game only a couple weeks after it's release, you realise that you have seen pretty much every animation the game has to offer.

I really hope they added a TON of animations this year that will keep the game fresh/new for atleast a few months.

thisi s why it would be great to see some implementation of natural motion for all hits. I don't know how you could possibly combine animations and transitionto natural motion, but it would be cool. A lot about football is dong things consistanly. Porper footwork and leverage are all good reasons why animatinos are a powerful tool to mimick how refined players in the NFL are. Natural motion however would bring that "every hit is different" feeling that we need. Clipping, morphing and collision are as much of a flaw as the lack of numorus animations.

WR catching animations simply stink. The OP is right they arent ready to explode up field. They look stupid when catching, there legs move all crazy like and they slow down so much, theres no catching in stride at all.

There needs to be.
