The fallon vid showed actual gameplay the night after the horrible trailer was released. Watch that clip of him playing madden. It looks pretty smooth, but its not enough to give you a great look of the gameplay.

The difference is power (that Gore has - you mentionned this) but also forward momentum. The Willie Parker 5-man gang tackle, it's kind of like 5 guys hugging him with their feet pattering and then they all fall down. Some of the players are too upright, not giving much push on the pile. They could use a little bit of tuning IMO, but they're a huge step forward.

You guys remember when they added a bunch of trick plays in the ncaa08 old gen game, and it somehow broke the safties and their ability to go after a running back? That is what scares me about adding something this big into the game.. just afraid it might break something else.
