The only things I didn't like about head coaches production rating was first off it was too touchy changing drastically from game to game especially for rookies and second that there was no room for negative production.

No matter how badly a player played his production rating was exactly the same as if he had never played a game. I think the production rating should have started at like 50 or something and that should be the area for no production leaving room for the player to drop as well as increase or if you are going to start at 0 then leave room for it to drop below 0 to indicate the negative production.

Andy, the one thing you have made clear in your short time on OS is that you are here with the sole intention to use 3rd person perspective and harassing language to gain attention.

You made your points - if my feedback on your points is that important, perhaps you should have thought about that before using the language you used.
