This is from Madden 06

The only problem is, they SUCK at designing the facemask. The real thing looks nothing like this. I should know, I wear that facemask with a visor.

Look at the size of the opening Here

Now look at Troy. Every Revo facemask is TOO far down and Too far out, The only facemask that should look like that, is the Payton Manning one.

I know I'm going on and on, I just trying to make a point.

Also if you add a visor to ANY Revo facemask, there is a HUGE gap! Visors connect to Revo facemask better then they do to your standard helmet.

Yeah I made a comment about the facemask being off for Polamalu and it needing to be altered to Michael Young it needs to come down a little bit and be rounded at the bottom corners and the top of it needs to come up a little to close the eye opening some.

Re: Facemask Styles...Art Department

It's down far enough, certain Revo facemask start right at the chin. But, the top should begin slightly under his eyes.

But what I hate the most is, they spend time making up facemask that don't exist. Then fixing the ones they have, and adding the correct ones.

Game verison looks nothing like this

As you can see from these the bottom bar should end slightly above the chin. And the ones with the extra bar, the one above it should end at the chin.

It would be easy if one of the Art Designer's would just put a helmet on to see how it looks.

I think they got the revo robot just fine the thing is there are two different styles of it, there is that one above and then there is the one for lineman (G-3EG in the list there), here is Greg Ellis wearing it.
