Will we be able to create our own head coach in franchise mode?

In NCAA, the user is given the option to create their own head coach in dynasty mode. Will this be possible in Madden? It would add a lot to the game and make the user feel more connected with his team in franchise mode IMO.

Definitely agree. Prefer this much more than owner mode.

Wouldn't it be cool if they had a Superstar like mode, for coaches? You could create a coach, which would be hired as a coordinator...you could call the plays on offense or defense (whichever you were), and after a few years or after your team wins the superbowl, you got offers to become a head coach for a team? It could still let you play the games (so it isn't the same as Head Coach), but you only get to call plays for the side of the ball for which your coach is the coordinator. Until you get hired as head coach, then you could call all the plays, or defer to your coordinators.

Yes creating myself as the coach back in the N64 Madden days was fun. Even though it was just my name as the cowboys coach, it was still cool.
