He was released from the jets i do realize he is retired but.... he made a statement saying "at this time, I'm retired" meaning he could be hinting toward a return so what im saying is if he decides to return in time will he actually make the current roster this time in madden 10?

If he comes out of retirement on time, then yeah.

I think they're making too big of a deal out of this. The Jets were just making sure that IF Favre comes back, he won't be on their team. He has never once said he would consider coming back nor have there been anything related to him making a comeback. Like I said earlier, I think the media has blown this way out of porportion.
