dude what the hell is wrong with the referee? His posture looks extremely odd. He looks as though he's about to lower his trousers so that he can drop the browns off at the field.

Love the pic though. Its nothing major, but it adds a little bit of that atmopshere that Madden has been missing for far too many years.

Not sure how you can tell it's a cut scene, and even how to apply that, a cut scene can be real time and be either canned or use the in game engine. That one is obviously using the in game engine. The refs look fine in that picture to me, if anything it's their movement that's funky when they show a first down (did you see the 'Sizzle' trailer at IGN?). Regardless, a funky ref movement or improper stance won't ruin the game for me, and I'm sure the average Madden gamer who has never seen a ref in a football game before will so excited about their being a ref that they won't nit pick the details.
