still cosmetic. the ratings were the real weapons, not the sign. whether or not they keep the tier between 95 and 96 is what i'd rather know.

Weapons are still in but off on all difficulties by default.

The game reviewer did not mess with the game settings/options so he did not turn them on.

Thats why he thinks they are gone. Because last year, they were on by default and he probably played with them that way.

The weopen system was dumb anyway. They game was way better in the past before they added it to the game.
