realistic dropbacks

i like what i see with the O-Line and D-Line interaction but what about the people who just take off straight back like 10 to 20 yards on every pass play and the turn and throw a strike?

and with this new improved looking pocket, will the pocket or protection in general break down when the QB breaks the pocket our steps back too far backwards out of it

I'm 90% sure Ian said that if you drop back too far you very likely to get sacked by the DE. So much so that the devs had to retune it cos they were getting sacked too often when dropping back too far.

i hope so, but also what about throwing it while moving backwards, cause that turn and throw jus got on my nerve.
i am a huge giants fan and every one knows that when Eli throws it off his back foot or is back pedaling and tries to throw it , we all hold our breath cause it just aint a quality throw... thank god for tall receivers like plax and now hopefully barden and nicks

Yes this was confirmed by Ian. Thank God, no more of those 20 yard drop backs by people using their QBs to throw 80 yard bombs. That takes so much realism out of the game.
