Franchise/Owner Mode Questions For Devs

Ian, I have been a madden gamer since the first one on the genesis and one who for the past 3 years has bought the game and I swear I never played more than 5 games each year. I am a huge franchise buff and hearing that head coach guys are jumping over to madden makes me smile but I was hoping to get a few answers to some questions since the franschise mode has been beyond broken. It would need to have a semblance of a mode to be broken and since next gen came to be this mode has been a disaster.

1) Do cpu teams do trades amongst themselves and offer trades to human controlled teams?
2) What would be the 3 biggest changes to the mode that franchise players would notice first?
3) Has create a stadium made it back to the game?
