I would guess yes, seeing how they are in a lot of old EA football games. However, they will probably be less frequent. It would be funny if a player like Dawkins was really upset during a game and just ripped a guys helmet off during a tackle. Or if there was a fight during a game and some guy knocked another guys helmet off!

Hopefully if they keep the helmet popping, they will change the animation so the helmets don't go through peoples heads anymore. OUCH!

Lol I remember they had that exact hit in Madden 05, I use to laugh when I saw it everytime.

Madden games used to have helmets fly off player's heads. I wonder why they don't anymore.

The "No-Fun League" file a protest against displaying big hits in NFL videogames or something?

Yeah or fine players for making big hits and then turn right around and sell a "NFL Big Hits 2008" DVD.
