This makes no sense to me. It would make a lot more sense for the game to upload the background songs and for the music companies to pay EA for the advertising. If I want a certain song in Madden, I can just buy the song.

As long as the NFL songs are free, that's good enough.
They couldn't pay me to click on 98% of the rap songs from previous Madden games.
