He's just amazingly inconsistant. Terrible is like... hmm... John Beck. John Beck is terrible. Guys like Brock Berlin are terrible. Rex is below average.

id say rex is a slightly above average QB. Its hard to judge though, because his good games are good and his bad games are really really bad. The D gets too much credit for that superbowl run. They were getting gashed towards the end of the regular season. Rex had 2 good playoff games before the superbowl, including leading the GW drive with a huge pass to rashied davis to beat the seahawks.

His good games are just OK, and his bad games are 3 & 4 interception games.
He treats interceptions like lays potato chips, he can't have just 1!
That guy must beat him self up after it starts, because he gets them in bunches.
There is talent; but I question his mental toughness.
May be he can't see straight?

I hate to mention this, but I kinda like watching Rex play. Although most of his games are terrible, he sometimes have good games. There's a lot of confusion with him. That means that he is inconsistent.

Rex could be great and Rex could be unbelievably horrible...His biggest problem is inconsistency...along with his fumbling problem...Rex could be a decent starting QB with a good receiving corps....He is a good backup to an OK starter with avg. Wideouts...

He is Brett Favre 5 years ago - experience and with half of Favre's consistency. And he has a ******** group of coaches who might just ruin Jay Cutler.
