quitting or getting fired in franchise

say you're 5 years into your franchise, and you see a team that has a couple of nice young players and a stud rookie, and is headed towards a top 10 pick, and you're getting bored with your current team, can you quit, and have a couple different teams interested in bringing you in, and you just have to hope one of them is the team you wanted to go to?

pretty sure this wasn't in 09', and it was quite disappointing

Similar thread here:

http://www.operationsports.com/forum...hise-mode.html

The linked thread relates more to the user changing control of teams in the offseason more so than getting fired, but they're both going towards the same goal. Ideally it would be best if they gave us 2 options when starting our franchise:

1) Ability to change USER control of teams......Yes/No
2) Ability to be fired/quit..............................Yes/No

By toggling various combinations of these options, each user can have an experience that they enjoy.

Option 1 set to No and Option 2 set to Yes allows the user to only change teams if they are fired or quit and then they'll only get offers from a few lower calibre teams. Kind of like how NCAA does it when you quit your coaching job and get to choose a new school with lower prestige.

Option 1 set to Yes and Option 2 set to Yes accomplishes a similar thing to above, but also allows the user to change user controlled teams to whichever team they want.

Option 1 set to Yes and Option 2 set to No allows the user to change teams to whichever they want with no risk of being fired or only have a few to choose from if they quit.

Option 1 set to No and Option 2 set to No would of course allow for no changing of user controlled teams much like it's been the past few editions of Madden.

In 09 your was not able to switch to other teams inn the middle of franchise. But hoefully Ian and crew has fixed that problem.
