i was watching the new video on gametrailers and i noticed i didnt see any ask madden or ask coach this is disappointing considering im a terrible play caller do you think this feature will make it to the final build or did they take it out? i hope they didnt

I think it will be there, they can't leave the casual fans in limbo. To me it doesn't matter, I always pick my plays by formation.

I choose my plays by formation. But, what you saw may have something to do with the Last-Gen Playcalling system their using. It's Ask Madden is probably tied to a button, like how it was in last gen...

I wish they'd let us create our own play lists that would show up dynamically depending on the situation. if it's 3rd and 1, I want a list of plays that I've determined (in my profile, or pre-game, or a default one) I'd like to use in that situation. same with 3rd and long, or 2nd and 5. or 4th and forever.

I use Ask Madden A LOT. Just to get a general play idea. I don't always go with it. I don't like to abuse the same run plays. So I like to get a few selected THEN choose. Same for pass plays. It helps keep me sim. Otherwise I stick to around 5-10 pass plays.

It's still there. Unless they've removed it since CD, and I doubt that.

Everyone finds it odd... even the Madden team looked at me funny when I told 'em... I call by play type and by player, almost never by formation unless I'm looking for a specific personnel package I think will beat the defenses I'm facing. Just doesn't make sense to me... the first decision I make is what I want to do, not what look I want to give them when I do it.

I wish they'd give us a custom playcall screen where we could name our own categories and put whatever plays we wanted in those categories.
