I THINK YES! Ever heard of Bioshock? How about Dead Space? Both highly acclaimed SHOOTERS with no multiplayer options. It's not all about fragging people online dude. Remember the good old days of enjoying a great single player experience? Or maybe you're too young to remember (not meant as an insult, I don't know your age).

If it's not your cup of tea to play games offline, against 1's and 0's as you so eloquently put it, that's fine. Just don't force your opinion on people, and make them feel inferior for choosing a different method of enjoying their purchases.

Bioshock and Dead Space are shooters but they are meant to tell a story they are not meant to provide mulitplayer play but stimulate the human brain with there storylines. shooting RPG

Using your logic, you're saying that Madden, and every sports game is developed with the sole purpose of providing multiplayer play?

So Bioshock and Deadspace (which happens to be a survival horror game lol) should be categorized as "shooter RPG's"? Dude you're awesome! And rather entertaining too! lol

i glad i have the drive to be competitive. CPU does nothing for me but provide practice after a while.

See this is the problem with your opinion.

No one is taking away your want to competitive online.

But when I play franchise, I enjoy the competitiveness from the CPU. I enjoy having to fight to make the playoffs.

While I understand they you might not enjoy this, there are many that do.

And one question for you. How is wanting to beat another human any more competitive than wanting to beat the CPU in franchise?
