I would not buy Madden if it had no franchise. Its the only thing I do on Madden.

I personally wouldn't buy it without franchise mode BUT would be terribly disappointed if there was no SS mode also...

FRANCHISE MODE is the best feature in the game. I wouldn't buy Madden if this feature was nonexistent.

Let's put it this way. Would I pay $60 for this game without Franchise Mode? HECK NO. But for about $20 I would consider it still lol.

Football video games for me are pointless without franchise and dynasty modes. I personally don't get near the same enjoyment playing against friends as I do building a team up and watching them go from perrenial losers to champions.

Things feel more "real" when playing against the CPU, having records kept, rosters managed weekly, injuries being multiple week issues, etc.

Simply put...no franchise mode...no sale.

Without a franchise mode, for me...there would be absolutely no reason to buy Madden. Or any other sports game for that matter.

Franchise mode is equivalent to the actual football....without either can't play the game.
