Do you want the ability to edit player attributes in the middle of your Franchise?

I say why not... but it should disable any franchise related achievements/trophies if you do.

You know for every one person that actually uses that option to properly fix and re-evaluate players, you're gonna have 10 guys that do it to cheat and make things easy for themselves.

If that's what it takes for them to get in in, then it's fine by me. Disable ALL achievements for all I care...lol. They're just silly points anyway (no ffense meant to those who value them).

I think some people are getting way off track with this and go off the deep end about cheating (not saying that's what you're saying). Most of us who want this, simply want control in the same way people want to edit rosters, equipment, jersey numbers, etc. Some may cheat, but who cares...it's their game (I agree that for online franchises it shouldn't be allowed...obviously there are separate considerations in multiplayer experiences).

I find it odd that so many people go on and on in the forum about "broken" systems in Madden, yet scoff at giving the user means to help side-step them. Oh well...to each his own.

I just hope they put it in for those of us who want it. Make it an option that you have to choose at the beginning of franchise or whatever even.

Yeah especially if an update hasn't been released yet. I'm hoping we can get some kind of franchise patch to incase some big trade goes down (high unlikely), but if it did it would be nice I like to keep franchises as real as possible and I hate having inaccurate rosters

I could care less about all that fluff any way.

I just want the ability to do it some I can be completely happy that the game progresses/regresses the players the way I would like.

Don't really understand some of the posts here? If you are the type of player who doesn't want to adjust a players attribute, then just don't do it. I would like to adjust players attributes, so during the season if a player is having a good year I would like to see it in my franchise. Or if a player is having a crappy start I would like to be able to emulate that on the field. And for the "Madden Progression" argument I can't remember Madden's progression ever working on next gen but then again I can't remember much about it because I only rented it.
