I am not bashing him at all. I just stated that there is no need for a thread like this. Why make an entire thread to "show Ian some love"? The very reason why Ian, Phil, and the rest of the Madden team use OS is because we're not like the rest. This thread will not make the game better at all. Everyone already know that the Madden team is doing a great job this year and has already credited them many of times. This just shouldn't be an entire thread.

It is ridiculous to see soo many of these threads, especially when no one (besides a handful) have actually had a chance to play the game. There should just be one stickied thread, and every person afterwards should receive a small ban or infraction for creating another of these threads.

Besides, no one knows if Madden is even going to be good or not. For all you know, David Ortiz could've wrote some sweet blogs for Madden 09 and had you all in the same hype machine. How about we play the game first, and then thank them for their good work, not just the hard work. As far as I'm concerned, Ian probably works just as hard at his job as most of us do for ours.

lol...While I appreciate all the work Ian and the ENTIRE Madden staff has put in this year, I think he's beginning to reach Chuck Norris levels of internet worship.

Glad everyone's so high on him though...hopefully the game will justify all the praise (bearing in mind, none of us have played it yet...lol).
