Nmandi Aso is to fast for the toned down ratings, should be a 92 at the most.

Antonio Gates 85 speed Jason Witten 75 speed B.S. straight up.

I could go on but Tom Brady's numbers and results speak for themselves and don't need my defense to stand up on their own. By no means is he "massively overrated" or even overrated. He and Peyton are unquestionably the top two quarterbacks in the league right now, and I don't see how an argument can be made otherwise.
From a hyperbolic perspective all NFL QBs are overrated.

But my statement is about Brady being overrated in this game. HE DOES NOT HAVE A BIG ARM. Period. He's a touch passer, and his ratings should reflect that.

He's a 90-92 arm strength guy and that's being generous. Real world he's probably an 88-89.

I would've liked to see Chris Johnson at RB and Bo Scaife at TE for my Titans, but I suppose the roster updates will take care of that.

It's dumb that they didn't do O-line, every defensive position, and special teams, though.

+1

If I were an NFL QB and had stats like Brady I would have a 97+ throw power too....Yet for some strange reason I cant throw the ball further/harder then Palmer, Cutler, or Russel. Just because you produce doesnt mean you have a strong arm.

Attribute that one to EA being famous for rating players as they ONCE WERE. Not players as they are NOW.

Well, technically they kind of did on that final drive, but I agree with your point. Mainstream = offense > defense, which always annoys me a little.

I hope nothing else is funny about these ratings, I dont see Vernon Davis in the top 10 for TE's. Hopefully he can prove he is worthy of being in the top 5 this year. My niners have really never had a bad TE in our franchise, I just want VD to fit the mold and get it together this year.

Oh and Frank Gore got robbed, he is definately a top #3 but i'll take where he's at this year, he should be a lot faster now that he has dropped some weight (15 pounds)
Big Ben's regular season wasn't stellar. Yeah his team won the super bowl but he had less post season attempts the McNabb who didn't even make it that far. I think the guy is a average QB on a great team.

VD hasn't proven he is anything more then a great combine athlete yet.

Frank Gore barely broke 1k yards and yeah he was injured but staying healthy is part of the game.
