I gotta agree with the exception of that OUTLANDISH McFadden statement. I believe Al Davis will a.) never die and b.) is THE reason for the woes. The talent on the roster is ridiculous and for oaklnd not to SNIFF the postseason is sad. as a 49er fan, I feel sorry for you guys. not making fun at all. I do bc Al Davis HAS to go.

Perfect example: This past draft. Now I am not using the DHB over Crabtree argument, but DHB over Eugene Monroe?!! I couldnt believe that!! Picking Monroe would have gave Russell time, McFadden holes, and woulda shored up your o-line (frm the blindside) for the next 10 years. It would justified your 2 previous picks and protect their investments at the QB and RB position....kinda like JAX!!!! go figure...That was the logic I was thinking. DHB will need more time than he already needs to develop bc Russell cant throw if he is on his butt. But hey, Im just a fan like all of us right....

Anyways, they should be fine in Madden. McFadden is TOO big of a weapon in 09 for my liking...But it is the comrotary , egos, front office, and SOME philosphy for their real-life struggles. Not talent...

Also I heard there was an artcle passed under Goodell's regime that he can take over a team need be. I know it sounds vague, but he should strongly consider Oakland...

we haven't sniffed the postseason because of our inept coaching..which is PARTLY al's fault for putting his faith in coaches who couldn't get the job done...but he's only one man, stop acting like he puts on the pads out there..but then again he's not responsible for assembling all the so-called talent you say we have either ??

forget monroe, we got Khalif barnes at RT and Super Mario Henderson (WHO SHUT DOWN J PEPPERS) at LT this year we're set, one of the best LGs in the league in gallery (gave up one bs sack last year), C satele from the dolphins who's a perfect fit for the zone blocking scheme, and King Cooper at RG who's a veteran presence and a solid RG

my boy was at the facility and said DHB was in there studying film with louis murphy ALREADY when he had no obligation to do so..he can't even practice yet! we got a high character guy who wants to play for us and is going to help us stretch the field vertically to open plays for Bush and Mcfadden.
