With Franchise Mode on next gen we have come to terms with this reality.

I am glad they are fixing the logic and other such things but the lack of attention to this mode has really irked a lot of people.

Seems like the Community Day guys were completely focused on gameplay issues (very important) and sock stripe colors. Didn't seem like a lot of guys were Franchise oriented - which made me figure that most of them are Online only people.

so what everyone seems to be saying is.......don't get rid of Head Coach any time soon if you need that management fix???

Means you can edit ratings, even in the middle of your franchise.

i think that that is awesome. I love this feature
Great job EA on that one

Hopefully some rookies from HC like that monster LT and English (QB) make it over to Madden, those guys where beasts

This may be a dumb question but what is the Salary Fix?
