They've said in the past that the injury report won't show up until a few plays after the injury occurs, so as to give you that sense of suspense. In the real NFL, you don't know exactly how long a guy's going to be out instantly. The trainers have to look at him on the sideline first. It's likely that the injury happened before they started videoing the game.

He was actually wondering why the trainers didn't come onto the field to help Forte off, not why there wasn't an injury report.

Correct. I've seen trainers and the cart only when it's a serious injury. I know if it's a minor injury in the NFL, sometimes the player walks off on his own. Maybe that's it?

The first thing shown in the Madden video scares me.

In fact, I had to close the video in order to prevent any additionally emotional damage.

Really because the more vids I watch, the more excited I get. In fact I dont think I've been this excited about a Madden game since 2002.
