You are going to appear "all business" and represent EA with pride by wearing (at a minimum) casual slacks and a button down shirt for God's sakes.

Might as well move the offices to the beach and wear pajamas to work. It's just the tone you know? It says "Hey, here at EA you can just relax and kick it."

Oh, and I liked the cheesy pre-game show.
Are you being Serious about this post???

Shut off your computer and go sit in the corner.

Why should you have to put on a suit to sit in a cubicle and make video games?
Romo would also probably wear shorts on the field if he could but the NFL doesn't allow it. Something about being uniform, appearing professional and positively representing the NFL.

You can cite a million examples, but bottom line is that I would want to look like a leader and represent my employer in the best possible manner. I don't want to look like the guy in charge of sweeping the floors. Waking up in the morning and having to get dressed in business attire, looking classy and feeling classy gets me focused for the day ahead.

What kind of mood does it put you in when you just roll out of bed unwashed, throw on whatever and stroll into work? Think laid back, casual, no worries, where's my coffee?

Heck yea, not just this year but in years past that's what I see over there at Madden. Dudes chillin' with hats sideways and backwards looking like slop. Makes me wonder if that has something to do with the quality of product being produced. Anyway, I'm off topic in this thread so I'll zip it.

Seriously? It doesn't matter what he wears as long as he does his job. This has to be a joke

Seriously, I think the dude works....ALOT. He probably doesn't go home that much this time of year.

I do understand what your saying though. I think a video game is a different type of business. I kind of like the fact that Ian is casual, thats the kind of person I want working on a game. Games are exactly that. They are for fun so if the people making them are having fun well the game probably be fun too.
