So , you can do well with them.

Madden (or any other video game) cannot replicate the poor coaching, and non-existent upper management, which is why they suk so freakin bad.

So, within the Madden world they are a fun team to use actually, and very popular.
Thank you, they are a good team, they just need a certin someone to DIE!

Re: Tips for using the Raiders in Madden 09

Because of the way the gameplay works in Madden 09, the Raiders are probably the BEST teamthis year, probably tied with the Cowboys, here are the reasons...
1)Even the worst QBs in Madden 09 are still way more accurate than ANY real life QB. Not Montana, Favre, Manning, not any of them were EVER as accurate as Madden 09 JaMarcus Russell, so the real meauring stick of Madden 09 QBs are arm strength and speed. ...by the sounds of things it wont be that way anymore but weeeee'llll see....

2)Speed at the CB position being WAAAAY more inportant than any other attribute. Any low rating speed CB in Madden will play better man coverage than Al Harris or Charles Woodson, simply because they have 97 speed.....by the sounds of things thats been changed for 10 but again, we'll see.

3)Darrick Brown-forged from enchanted steel, this machine was built in the future to come back and take advantage of EVERY gameplay fault of Madden 09..on offense and defense. His huge frame and 97 spd will always be the stuff of legend in Madden. He was built to RC and user pick with at the FS position. Strangely still makes plays on defense when youre not controlling him.

4)I hope its gone for good in 10, but with the RC still being in 09..the WR group of Chaz Schillens(6'5 95 speed), Javon Walker(6'3 90 speed), and again the INFAMOUS Darrick Brown(6'4 97 spd) might be the best RC group in the game. If someone has mastered the RC they can be almost unstoppable with these guys.

5)There are plenty of legit reasons the Raiders are a good Madden team though too. Obviously Namdi Asomugha, but also super fast LB Thomas Howard, not as fast but really good MLB Kirk Morrison, an always solid Derek Burgess, up and coming CB Chris Johnson, three awesome RBs, and a fast TE in Zach Miler. Raiders should have a solid D in Madden 10 too, but not far and away the best like they do in Madden 09....again, we'll see though lol.
