Thanks for the responses guys. 8 sounds like a small number compared to the millions who buy copies each year. Although a single person can write pages of constructive criticism/feedback. I actually live about fifteen minutes from the offices as well, in Lake Mary. I wonder if I can head down there for a tour.

A friend of mine is a game tester for EA, I don't think he's ever tested Madden though.

The millions must be tempered. A small number of well chosen representatives are a far more effective means of communication.

I definitely believe that. Nothing against those who don't play sim, but the vast majority of games I have played online has put me in the spot of defending on fourth down as well as the 2pt conversion. I realize that I'm not like the majority of Madden players, and appreciate the varying opinions on this board and know that we all want a better game.
