i was watching a vid & saw it & remembered it was suppose to be in 09, but it has never activated on me how would i go about getting it to activate???

Does it do it for the CPU's mistakes? If it doesn't it should, it would be more realistic.

I only ever saw it after I threw an interception, and at that moment I never wanted to watch a slow motion replay of my interception. In theory its a cool idea, but it should go both ways.
