Anybody know how often players progress in online franchise? Once a season (end of season), twice a season (week 8 and at the end of the season) or something?

I've read all the inside blog easports posts on online franchise, and this was not answered nor asked, so I come here.

Somewhere in a video, a dev said it done in the offseason.
